Fall is upon us! With the leaves beautifully turning colors, I have decided to share with you a few fall recipes that I have collected. For a tasty snack, try this toasted pumpkin seed recipe. For a hearty meal, try this flavorful baked corned beef recipe. Served with tender baked potatoes, this meal is guaranteed to be a hit!

The History of Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving originated with three days of prayer and feasting celebrated by the Plymouth colonists in 1621. The first national Thanksgiving Day, proclaimed by President George Washington, was celebrated on Nov 26, 1789.
